Least helpful place I've been to in a very long time. The girl working there seemed very confused about how to understand the system as she gave me wrong information about my account. They also would not help me even though I have been a BOOST customer over 5 years, although not particular to THEIR store. (living in a different area of the United States. ) I went to a different BOOST mobile to resolve the problem that I had never been to ( which is at the MALL in Port Charlotte ) and Mike there was very professional, he fixed everything, did not charge me more than $10. The store here wanted approx $55.00 ( just to push some buttons. I would seriously rethink going to this BOOST Mobile. They do not care about their customers in my opinion.
