Dr. Christopher Finley performed his general surgery residency at Inspira Healthcare outside of Philadelphia. He continued his education in Akron, OH where he received advanced fellowship training in bariatric surgery. Dr. Finley experienced the profound transformative effects of weight loss surgery on his patients in Ohio and has made it his life goal to bring those results to Charlotte County. He specializes in weight loss surgery, post bariatric care, foregut surgery, and hernia surgery. He is the only surgeon in the region still performing gastric bypass surgery and bariatric revisional surgery. All elective surgeries are performed robotically.
