I've been doing business with them for about 2 years. I've never been treated rudely. They have always been nice to me. Everyone has an off day, so maybe that was the reason for the negative post? I have never pawned anything there, but have been there when others have. The owner explained how things work quite well. I have a friend that owns a different pawn shop & know they can't give you retail price for thing, they have to make a profit. That being said, when I have purchased things, sometimes prices are negotiable.
