I read the other articles about an unfriendly sales clerk at the Port Charlotte store. That person no longer works there. The manager now is Cindy Soukup and she is excellent. The store displays are fine. We had a great experience. We also enjoyed Cindy's Baltimore accent, since I grew up there as well. "Gotta go get some crab cakes, hon." Lol.

The port charlotte store is horrible. My wife and I visited the store at 5:40 pm on 11/22/16 the gray haired idiot there told me thay were closed I said we have 20 minutes before you close he said ya know due to the holidays. It's two days before Thanksgiving and the website said thay were open on the day we went until 6p.m. I told him fine we will spend our money somewhere else he didn't seem to care. Don't shop there thay suck.

If I could give NO stars I would for the horrible customer service I received from the PORT CHARLOTTE store. The grey haired man at this location is extremely rude.

On the other, hand, I would recommend the Venice store. They are much more helpful and friendly.
