B e w a r e : By far the worst daycare experience ever for my child and I. Theyve given me issues from day one. Many times I've walked in on the "teachers" yelling at children at the top of their lungs. Further more the staff are all very rude and think they can talk to people however they feel but then get offended when You give them a dose of their own medicine. My other family members who have picked my child up from this daycare have reported a rude demeanor from the staff as well. From the beginning my child cried at drop off and I thought this was a red flag but I gave the place a chance. My child has begged me several times on a daily basis to not go back there. He has told me the "teachers" hurt his feelings because they always yell and are always angry. He has came home to tell me that a teacher threw food at him, told him he had to wait to use the bathroom, and put hands on him. They also think it's ok to take your money and suspend your child for doing things that kids do. They've almost cost me my job suspending my child for things kids his age do, forcing me to call off or dish out extra money to pay a babysitter for the days suspended. They are con artist who will charge you twice for the same week and argue you owe them money if you don't pay attention. They don't like being corrected and don't apologize when they are caught trying to rip people off. Ive witnessed "teachers" being rough with the infants and seen kids with huge age difference grouped together which made me very uncomfortable. This is not a warm welcoming place as a daycare should be for our children. I feel horrible that my child experienced this treatment by people I trusted and paid to be there for him. My advice; pay the extra money and enroll your child elsewhere.
