Provided by YP.comDO not go to this place!!!! Debbie the owner is obnoxious and rude to the customers. She is always on the phone either yelling at her kids or her husband. She takes customers when she is in the middle of doing your hair. Her coloring technique is the worst. Every time I have been there she tells me next time we'll get your hair the way you want. But never gets there, I have come out with more roots then when I went in. She has cancelled more times then done my hair. Then today she didn't even show for our appt I made 6 weeks earlier. A phone call would have been nice! But obviously out of her realm of thought. Stay away she has no clue as to how to run a business. Which shows by her moving three times to places that are more of a dump then the last one. Now she's in a closet in the back of a barber shop. No one wants to be affiliated with her. The only positive is she's cheap and that’s because that’s all she worth! I don't wnt you wondering who I am so I'm signing my name.

Provided by YP.comI would never step foot in this salon again if it was the last one on earth! Asked when I made my appontment to be scheduled with someone who was familiar with my specific haircut. When she was cutting my hair she kept stopping to ask another employee to help her mulitple times, it was very obvious she did not know what she was doing. No confindence at all. This would make anyone very uneasy getting a haircut. I even asked her if she does this cut often and she said she did "all the time" but it was very clear she had not. If she just would have told me that she doesn't do this cut often or was having a hard time with it I would have respected her, but she kept going to get someone else to help. Another stylist came over to fix/finish and was very abrasive, and very heavy handed with the stying tools and grabbing and pulling my hair. She raked my ear with a brush and scratched my face with a comb. She was rasing her voice at me and embarassing me in the salon, and saying how she has been doing this for 20 years. A stylist should be able to listen to the customer when they are explaining how they like there hair, how there hair falls and how that person likes to wear it and not be talked down to. I have had this haircut for over 16 years and I know the way my hair falls and I know when it is uneven. An experience at a salon should be pleasant and you should leave feeling good about yourself and never be treated the way I was. At one point she very loudly said that this place was the real deal not like fantastic sams...really? I asked to see some syling products for sale and they didn't even have any for purchase. I guess you get what you pay for, hair cuts there are only $10. I had to spend over $30 more dollars to get the cut fixed because it was uneven in the back. I got stopped by a stranger in Publix and they said "What a cute haircut...but honey it is uneven in the back, who did you go to?" Horrible experience!
