I had a hearing test. My left ear was in need of draining to get my hearing back.
I recommend DR. Hector N. Hernandez.

Been seeing Dr, Hernandez for years and my experience has been nothing but admirable. The staff is professional.The booking time is immediate. Dr. Hernandez always gave me a through examine for whatever problem I presented to him. And completely honest with my results. Would recommend him to anyone.

This was the worst experience we ever had with a doctors office. We were trying to schedule an appointment for my grandmother. Every time we called they stated they would have to call us back. We had to call them as they never return phone calls as promised by the office manager Jennifer . Every time we called we were given different excuses. The scheduler was out. This is season and we are busy. The last time we called they stated they cannot make appointment right away which I said that was fine I just wanted an appointment did not care when the appointment was and they still refused to make one wI was told again that they would have to call back and hung up..

This has been going on for 2 weeks now



April 17th and we are still waiting for the office manager jennifer to call us back as promised
