Bought $300 concrete mailbox. It would not stay closed. Called and scheduled repair. He never showed or made repair. Several calls over 2 years, same result. Went in person, he assured he would fix it. We bought a $300 fountain with the understanding he would finally repair. He installed fountain; it looks and works good, but even after a reminder to fix mailbox door it didn't get done. I attempted to fix but couldn't. Finally, the mailman left a note concerning the door, saying it won't stay shut. I brought that in to him, got another empty promise. I called and got the wife. She didn't know anything about it. I was professional to her and simply told her the exact same experience I've shared here. My wife went in a few days later and the woman said that after talking to me she tore up my ticket. Decided giving them another chance would be futile and that I needed to share this info with potential buyers. Interestingly, the mailman said there are several of his mailboxes around town
