Wow, what a great experience I had! The best selection anywhere, lowest prices, and believe me, I shopped at every mattress retailer in port charlotte. The salesperson was really friendly and made shopping there a breeze! I love my new mattress and I'm sleeping great!

I am appalled at how they treat their customers. I was speaking with a nice older woman who recently purchased a mattress from this Mattress Firm, and how they treated her was horrible. This woman is disabled and had back and neck problems, so she needed to get a new mattress after her most recent surgery. She went to Mattress Firm to try and get a new mattress that would allow her to get a good nights sleep and to hopefully reduce the amount of pain that she has. The sales person that she talked to was not helpful and just plain rude. She found a mattress that she liked, and ordered it. She ordered a mattress that was suppose to be medium soft, but when it was delivered it was as hard as a rock. After she discovered that it was not like the floor model that she had tried out she called them and asked why it was different, and what the salesman said was that it had been on the floor for a year, and had been broken in. When she asked him how to break it in his response was to find a heavy set person to walk around on the mattress. That is not how you should treat customers, but that wasn't all. She said that she wanted to return the mattress, because what is the point in having a mattress if you cannot use it. She was told that she could only return the mattress through the salesman that she bought it from, and he was avoiding her, so she contacted the manager. The manager did the process of return, and said it would take a few days, and that she would get her refund in about 14 days! 14 days for a return of a debit transaction? That is a little excessive, don't you think? They have yet to pick up the mattress and are suppose to be picking it up on Friday (7/11/2014), but she isn't suppose to be getting her money back for another 14 days after.
