    Rude employees, told I did not need wheelchair even though I have one!

    Went to store because medicare told me to go there to get batteries for my chair. It was almost closing time, so I walked in ( I can do short distances) and the lady was very rude to me. Told me 1. the paperwork wouldn't be worth it 2. She can obviously see that I don't need a wheelchair and was dismissed from her store. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy, okay maybe I would because they made me feel like an idiot. Why would I have to jump through hoops to get batteries when 3 years ago I got the wheelchair no problem? When did these employees become doctors? I'm calling Medicare Monday to let them know how I was treated. I feel like I was discriminated against because of this lady. Funny Carecentrix is happy to help me. Hope this company gives their employees some sensitivity training. She knows nothing of my condition or if I need it or not. NEVER GO HERE!!!
