PoorCustomer Service

Today as part of the UMM breakfast meeting, I ordered an eyeopener breakfast with OJ. The witress brought the OJ but the brakfast never came. Only when another member said something to the cook did the waitress reappear. Since everyone was already done eating, I told her just to give me a sticky bun. Imagine my suprise when no apology ws given and I received a check for the sticky bun as well as the OJ.
