Ray Tippins Seawall Erosion

After hurricane Irma, hired Ray Tippins to repair damage to seawall. He was extremely personable, filling me in on his ties to the area, grew up here, took pride in building his business, etc. Completed job and gave a 2 year guarantee against erosion. Weeellll, in March of 2018 called him as we had a wash out in a small area. Got him on the phone and he stated he would be out in a couple days to fix, Two weeks later, called again, same story. THEN, have tried dozens of times to get him and have left numerous messages...absolutely no response. I guess the guarantee is worth the paper it is written on...the unfortunate thing is I referred him to several of my neighbors who have ALSO tried to contact him...same story. Sad way to run a business.
