I have been a patient of Dr. Ball's for more than six months now. I had pain for ten years following a back surgery. No one could help me until I met Dr. Ball. Other doctors just offered me pills or just said there was nothing they could do. I did not want to be on pain pills. After he treated me, I have less pain now than in many,many years. I recommend Dr Ball to my family and friends.

Staff is downright rude. Dr. Ball does not explain what he's doing or why. After spending $1,000's of dollars, I walked away in more pain then when I first arrived. Haven't been there in 3 months, yet still getting bills that are unreadable. Being double billed, and billed for dates I wasn't there. Staff won't even give me my records. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!!!

Unfortunately this practice in my opinion is so overbooked the patients have to wait more than one hour and often the scheduling is so full more than 25 to 30 people waiting to be seen. Seems about maxmizing proceedures to be processed for revenue. There are alternatives to pain centers we choose as a result of the need for better individualized care and personalism.

What happened to Patient Confidentiality and Doctors ETHICS? Please refrain from speaking to ANYONE about my healthcare as of this date,6/8/2012.I would qualify you as a poor physician. DO NOT expect understanding, empathy or pain relief from this clinic. During my very brief visit (maybe 2 minutes with the Dr,) I was told, I don't like these drugs you are on. I will not prescribe them to you. I do not even allow these prescriptions to leave through my clinic doors. He did not even look at me or my record during the visit. Please find another more understanding Dr. or Clinic. ( I have been a chronic pain patient for 32 years with 3 back surgeries and 3 knee surgries.)

I was a patient here but I decided to go elsewhere because they would set my appt for a given time and I would have to sit and wait for at least an hour and a half. They are busy but every single day it's the same thing. Either a doctor didn't come in or a staff member was out. They usually have a sign by the receptionist stating that if you would like to reschedule, it would be fine because of understaffing. Once you get there, who the heck wants to rescehdule ! No thank you. One Dr. had no bedside manners and that was the breaking point.

I recently called and got all my medical records faxed to them and then waited 4 weeks for an appointment just to be told they would not treat me. The women behind the desk were all so rude and all so mean to me that I feel they should not work with people at all. I even told them what I was coming in for ancd they said that it would be done then when i get there and wait almost 2 hours they say that they dont do the things i needed done. I am very upset with this place. They treated me as thought I was some kind of drug addict criminal.
