Horrible experience...
I set up an appointment online for oil change. Simple thing, nothing major.
When I got to the location, there was 2 men working at the counter, they asked me how I set up the appointment, and I said online, they immediately started with an attitude.
They took my keys and told me they will call me when the car is ready.
1 Hr. Later they called, saying that they couldn't open the filter and If I was willing to wait another 1/2 so they can find "another" tool to open it or I could take my car. I said ok, I will wait.
Another hour passed and no calls, so I called back and they had a bad attitude on the phone, saying they advise me about the delay and that they will call me when it will be ready. No apologies about the delay or nothing.
1/2 hr after that, they called me to let me know they couldn't open the filter and that I had to take my car somewhere else, or where I did the last oil change.
My whole experience was terrible, not an apology, no effort to help me at all... To me it sounded like they just didn't wanted to help me. Any other mechanic would it open the filter with no problem, and not take 2 hrs to find excuses not to do their job.
This is the worst experience I ever had ! They are rude, lazy and unprofessional.
My appointment was at 11 am at the location in Port Charlotte.

Store is on the smaller side, but they have a huge amount of stock.
