My surgery appointment was 8:30. Because they called the night prior, not speaking to ME, the patient, to tell me they wanted me there at 8am-this was not possible, as my 94 year old father was ill and actually was admitted to the hospital that morning. I arrived at 8:10. After spending over $10,000 here and with my husband in route with payment (due to anxiety, I had forgotten, + who carries $11,000 in cash around) my surgery was cancelled by the staff member who stated "I had to pay for my boob job up front-what makes you special? REALLY! Then the DR. nor his WIFE the office manager would even come out of a back room to speak with me. Then my husband tells me, when he arrived with payment in full at 8:45am ,because I had left the building in tears --that the staff told him that I used profanities and threw papers around. Are you kidding me? There's something definitely wrong with this practice. I'll never step foot in there again and suggest you don't either. Don't fall for the Christianity guise--Christians don't act this way.

It aint fun but it's well worth the effort of getting this procedure done. My teeth are in great shap now and I am so happy. Also do both top and bottom at the same time...
