I had my pool resurfaced. They drained marcasite into my river rock, which hardened like cement. One tile is sideways. I was told by my pool cleaning service that there were about 5 rust spots in the bottom of the pool, at first we thought it was dirt but she could not get it out. My pool was resurfaced in apr 2015 and those spots had been there for awhile. We called Rick from 5 star and we were told that rust is not under warranty. He never even offered to come over and inspect the pool. We have tried many times to reach him, and he never returns the calls. We have a friend who had a tile come off , and he had not made good on that either. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

This company does not return phone calls or answer e-mails. I asked for a written quote for pool resurfacing over one month ago. They resurfaced the pool deck and I am having an issue with some paint having come off and left messages of how to fix it with no response to date. Would not recommend any company that does not return a customer's messages.
