Excellent place to go. Super friendly and knowledgeable. The staff were polite and gave good ideas towards frames and looks that fit me. I sent a ton of friends here as well and all had great experiences. Highly recommend !!!

Ella was very nice, and took care of me and everything I needed. I got my eye exam and they helped me pick the perfect glasses. It was my first time doing any of this, so I'm happy I chose this place.

Unforgettable and joyful experience! The best service and professional approach ever. I have a complicated prescription and it's not easy to find the right place to fulfil my visual needs, but I found my place and my opticians at Vision World. Ella went above and beyond to make me feel happy, she offered me an eye exam with their new Doctor and now he is going to be my Optometrist for life. I have never had such a thorough and comprehensive exam and I was impressed how accurate my new Rx was. I adjusted to it right away:) My glasses were done in less then an hour by another optician, Mark who suggested the right shape and the right size for my frame to get the best cosmetic look and he nailed it!
I'm a happy man now and recommend this place to anyone ����

I gave one star only because I couldn't give 0 stars. The owner is extremely rude. They are pleasant when trying to pick out glasses, but once they have your money, don't expect them to be polite at all. I will be filing a complaint with the administrators of my vision plan, as well as with the NYS Licensing board.
