Great good and priced right, fast service. Love this place!

We went here for lunch on 10/30/11 - great meal - friendly staff, quick service, good value and great food (I had the chicken burrito) and arguably the best salsa I've ever had at a restaurant, lots of fresh tomatoes and cilantro - SUPER! We were all fighting over it and ended up putting it on our food when it got there! I never write reviews, but I wanted to post how much we enjoyed this place!

My Fiance and I went to Casa Las Palmas for a pitcher of margarita's with a friend. When the waiter finally came to take our order we asked what the happy hour specials were. He TRIED to tell us and after the 2nd time we finally asked if the texas margarita's were on special. He informed us that they were $11.99 for happy hour. When our bill was delivered our total was $18.99. When we asked the cashier we were informed that the Texas margarita's were $16.99. If we had know this when we asked we would have ordered the special margarita that was $11.99. When we explained what had happened we were told that "he must not have understood us." Guess what, you are in America, Learn English. When we asked to speak with Isaac Salinas, the owner, he refused to come and speak with us and sent someone to tell us that we were wrong and he was only willing to take off $3.00. This was not our fault as we speak english and asked 2 times the price. We have now found after talking to friends that this is common when you eat at this restaurant. If you go here expect to pay more than you are thinking. As locals in this area we have seen a significant change in the restaurant since they have opened. They used to take care of their customers and now they only worry about the Dollar.

very good service, food is excellent, free chips and salsa, you will love it, nice atmosphere. good value for the $. Try it you will like the experience.

Service is very good! The margaritas and the food was great. Portions were almost to much to eat, One of the best Mexican Restaurants we have ever been to. We have ate at many of them.Including Hawaii, Florida, Texas, and California, and other points in between.We have been back to Casa Las Palmas several times, and will continue to go there!

NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN THEY REUSE THE UNEATEN CHIPS I SAW THIS HAPPEN MAKE YOU WONDER WHAT ELSE IS BEING RE USED (THE SALSA) .
