Rocio Huerta the area manager and the manager Maritza Madrigal at the Port Hueneme location assisted me with my phone. I didn't purchase device at their store brought my own device and they were nice and helpful. Rocio printed manual for my phone walked me through every step. Maritza helped me connect my phone to my car with Bluetooth. Before coming to this location I went to Verizon and they didn't want to help me unless I upgraded my phone. Why would I upgrade my device when I am trying to still learn the features. By the way this is prior before hospitalization and treatment, so I really appreciate everything. I would highly recommend to come to this location.

I had recently acquired service at this particular location by sure luck. I walked in asking advice about some mess with another carrier that had been given me the run around with some issues. The gentlemen (Jose) was flustered u can tell when I walked in, because I can be quite bold and to the point I've been told. Though all the people who works at this location were really helpful (Jose) went above and beyond any other to help me with all my problems, and becuase of that, I decided these people are what I'm looking for in customer service.
