Provided by YPmobileMade a appt for my dog and was only ten min late lady didn't want to see my dog said she had appt to go to and was really rude don't waste your time or money to go here....

Actually you were 30 minutes late and we have a grace period of 15 minutes. This was explained when the dog was brought in. Our customers being punctual is important to our business running successfully. When one client is late every client after that one will be behind schedule. It would be better for you to find a groom shop that does not run on a set time schedule.
