Came in to buy a bed for my granddaughters. Wasnt sure how big but Ms Sarah showed me a bed I could fit 4 kids in. The bunk on top was great and the full bed underneath was even better. It was on sale and that was put in my bedroom. My grandkids and I thank Ms Sarah every time they spend the night. All 5 of them. Thanks Ms Sarah and Art Van.

There is nothing I liked about it except the price. I bought clearance center furniture, regular priced furniture and Amish made furniture from Art Van. The clearance furniture broke upon delivery. They are sending someone to fix it. I don't want it fixed!! I want a brand new one!! I paid for a new one not a fixed one. The regular priced bed frame and headboard do not fit together properly - even after salesman assured they would. The higher end metal bed frame only has one locking caster and rolls all over our wood floors!! The headboard doesn't even touch the floor. The delivery guy put it together and didn't even tighten it. When I called and complained because the bolts were facing wall and scraping my newly painted walls, he simply said the bolts were too long and perhaps I could cut them. Really?? Really?? The only thing I can say is that the Amish made furniture from Art Van cost me an arm and a leg but it is well built. In the future we will take our business anywhere but Art Van. When we called to complain it was a matter of passing the buck and after asking to speak with a manager several times - they refused to let us speak with the manager. They even said if we return the headboard and frame (because they don't align properly) we would be charged a 15% restocking fee!! Are you kidding me?? We don't want to return it because we decided against a color or pattern! We want to return it because despite what the salesman said they don't line up properly and are a danger to our children. If you are thinking about going to this Art Van - RUN AWAY as fast as you can!!!
