The slab and customer service was excellent! They did everything and explained everything in detail of what will happened. Our kitchen turned out beautiful!! Thanks to bedrock. I definitely recommend them and will definitely do business with them again in the future!!

Nice granite but not nice people to deal with. Very unprofessional. Reckless installers. Poor customer service. The good news: the local granite companies' prices are more competitive now because of them.

In my opinion:

5 Stars: Price, Slab Layout, and Seams

4 Stars: Installation

1 Star: Customer Service (poor)



Would I recommend Bedrock to a friend? Yes absolutely, just understand that customer service may still be a challenge to Bedrock.



My Experience: 2 sink holes mis-cut. It was not fixed. Installer's dropped one of the sinks breaking it requiring a 2nd visit when the replacement sink arrived. Bedrock paid for replacement. Drill bits for faucet holes broke during 2nd visit, no new bits on truck so a 3rd visit required.



In my opinion, the customer service was poor. For each return visit I waited up to 2 1/2 weeks for an appt. In my opinion, Alan was not honest with me. He told me he had contacted AP Granite about my bowed slab, then admitted that he hadn't and that I was not a priority to him.



Bedrock advertises Unbeatable deals (TRUE!), outstanding customer service (Not true in my case), superior fabrication ability (TRUE) and top notch installation (I'm sure my installation does not represent their usual performance).

This place does some great work! They completely changed our kitchen! we love it!!!!! Customer service was great and fast. I would highly recommend them!

They sold us a bad product. Their customer service is even worse. The countertop won't seal correctly. They offered to replace the product after many complaints, then after we picked a new slab out with the owner, he later said we would need to pay for removal/reinstall. Then he basically blamed my family for the reason it wouldn't seal and called us slobs. I will go to a big box next time.
