Was appointed by the Court to be the guardian and conservator for a brain injured individual with two minor children. Office staff keeps inaccurate accounting records that constantly change when you question the dollar amounts reported. Mr. Schieman has threatened to not act in the best interest of the Trust in order to avoid paying addt'l child support. Mr. Schieman has denied funding for the minor children's extracurricular activities that he feels are in excess, even though they are beneficiaries of a Trust that is to provide for them. Mr. Schieman has given inaccurate financial information to the Court.
