Worst mortgage I ever work with. They can not handle any problems that come up with the mortgage process.

Almost did not get the home! they took forever to set up a closing date! also did not appreciate that I got calls and callbacks at 10 pm at night! as did my realtor! and the sellers realtor ! 8 weeks for closing? PLEASE!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! buying a home should not be this nightmare! BUT I DO LOVE MY HOME!

Blue Water Home Loans helped my family and me realize the American Dream. They delivered on all promises and kept us in the loop. I have referred several people since then and they have all been happy!

Lost a home because of this business. Had to find another home to make an offer on because I had to go through another company to get a pre-approval on a home. This business is too busy for their clients. More clients then they can handle. I wouldn't recommend Blue Water Home Loans unless you want the run around for a while & loose the home you were interested in. Find a lender who WANTS to HELP & WORK for YOU.
