Provided by YPmobileHad a ride scheduled with execu ride limousine service today...never had a problem with them before but today apparently I got the owner...he was rude right up front he start telling me to put a towel under my kids car seat. This through me off and I was like what.. He said I needed to put a towel under my seat to protect his seats.. I've never had to do this before and wasn't sure if it was safe so as I was getting the towel I looked up the number to the police station and told the driver i just wanted to make sure it was safe so I was checking with police station... He said he didnt have time he had other pick ups and he was marking me as a no show... So insurance would still pay him for trip I'm sure.. I said I was calling the boss which is when He informed me he is the boss and I informed him I would call the insurance company then..very rude the whole time..dont recommend using a company that gets mad if u want to check the safety of something they are requesting and leaves u ...again never had a problem before been using them for two years Just this one time.. I called to make a complaint and they said I'm stressing them out so bad he has to take zanax cause the insurance company called and yelled at them... and their lying to insurance company saying I refused to ride with anyone else..which I always ride with other ppl never been a problem before.. What kind of company tells u that your complaint about being stranded before an important appointment makes them take zanax?? Love the employees at execuride but the dispatch and owner are very unprofessional and for what they make on those trips he could have waited the five minutes for me to call.. If u don't want car seats getting your leather dirty then don't send cars with leather seats to pick up babies..i would have gladly wiped off the car seat before placing it in their car..the whole situation was uncalled for and I will never use this company again..and to all the drivers I've had the pleasure of riding with ty for not reflecting your bosses attitude toward customers
