Thank you so much for the wonderful photographs. We love our wedding pictures. I'm sure my maid of honor will be giving you call.

I hired Elaine to be my wedding photographer in 2013. Six weeks before my wedding date, I called to cancel. At that point I paid in full, but according to the contract I only lose out on the deposit ($200). Having felt bad for the work she had already done (engagement pictures) I told her to keep $100. At that point, I was still owed $525. After weeks turned into months, I had yet to receive my refund. In early November, I was told that a check was in the mail, but it never came. It took her until after Christmas to even send me a check (with the incorrect spelling of my name) and for less than the agreed upon amount. As of 3/27/14 I still have not been refunded my money.

I have worked with Elaine and she is by far the most professional and best photographer
