I ordered a cake for my son's 6th birthday. It was a round layer cake. Our family was disappointed- poor, thick/mealy texture, lopsided shape overall. Unprofessional. I could have done better myself and I am no cake artist. Go with Great Bakes instead- they are fantastic!

Ordered a cake for my Granddaughter's birthday. Not knowing how many pieces the cake was good for, called number above, 3 times. Third time she answered(after leaving messages the other 2 times). When I inquired about the cake, she got real snippy with me and asked me WHY I called this number? I told her it was the number on the business card I had. Her response was; you must have an old card. I responded that I was never offered a new card. She wouldn't answer my question about the # of pieces the cake would provide. She said she have to look it up and would call me when she got in. 7 hours later, she has her assistant call. By then I had already ordered cupcakes from Kroger's.

She has the personality of a gnat and needs to step up on her business game if she wants to stay in business. The cake was beautiful and tasty but she lost my business. I ordered many cakes from Pam, who owned Great Cakes and never was treated like this. You may be good but your personality will make or break you.
