I purchased 4 doors from Mortimer Lumber $2800 or so - one of the doors has had issues, they came out once and I have never heard back on my issue. I have emailed and called them on numerous times and no follow up. They are always looking into the issue. Bad customer service - it has been over 90 days time to rate them Poorly. I am having all my home windows replaced went to LOWE's much better customer service they stand behind the products they sell. I feel this is Mortimer's loss - I am remodeling my entire home and will shop elsewhere for the products I need .. Lost Customer...
