Coastal Mail is under new ownership as of November 1st 2016. I guarantee that you will love the changes that have been made.

I will never do business with this "business" again. They lie, play pass the buck, no absolutely nothing about customer service or manners. Worst experience I've had in years and it cost me $30.00 to find all this out. DON'T EVER USE THEM IF YOU WANT SOMETHING SHIPPED......Chances are it will never get sent!!!!! Terrible!!!!!!!

I needed to send something to my son serving in the military overseas and I wasn't sure how or IF I could send it. The clerk was very patient and took the time to call the carrier directly and find out what restrictions applied. She made shipping easy AND offered us a military discount on top of it all! They were professional and friendly...I will definitely go back!
