Well before I state my review, let me preface this with some information. My hair was severely damaged due to a very bad body wave. Nonetheless, I researched some salons in the area to find a person that can do a sassy, very short hair cut. Upon the interview with this salon, I believed that this girl had what it took to take this disaster and cut it and use the apporpriate products to make it a bit less horrific. To my displeasure and shock, she knew nothing about any gums or waxes or identifying products that could help me. Her cut was disasterous, done with a razor and thinning shears. My hair was burnt and falling off, thinning it to soften the ends was a bad decision. I made the mistake of paying them and then called them to appeal to their business sense, no one should pay for something they are completely unhappy with. They decided to deposite the check and not offer to help me resolve the issue. Although 45 dollars is not a lot of monies in today's day and age, there still are 12 haircuts at local places and that is the kind of hair cut knowledge I was serviced with. For a full service salon, a supervisor or owner should have dealt with my displeasure, that is good business. Be warned.
