Had this landscaper for 2 years plus, after a storm last year they tried to charge us for a "Storm clean up" when I inquired what this was for Mark, the owner, said its for picking up the sticks... which I picked up before they came?!?! Next issue was duplicate billing. We sent payment weeks ago only to get the same bill in the mail, this happened on 2 separate occasions. The straw that broke the camels back was this first mow of the season, a day after they came by grass measured 5-8 inches, when I called to complain and asked if he would like to come back and fix it or not charge me for it, he said "Its your dandelions" so I took pictures of the GRASS and ruler showing the grass was 6-8 inches high, he responded " I was there, I have to charge you"... Thought about it over the weekend and called him back and said I was unhappy with the way he handled my dissatisfaction and we would not be using him again. His response was very unprofessional ... to the extent to call me a D**K and hung up on me.



I would not recommend this service.
