Treatments are good. Bookkeeping is awful. They made numerous errors in my insurance paperwork, they did not reply to myself nor my insurance company in an effective manner, and the 'always out of the office' bookkeeper is reluctant to return phone calls. Their ineptness cost me over $300 in out of pocket expenses that should have been covered. In the end, a very unpleasant experience.

Although I am not particularly happy about being in pain with PT manipulations, I can really say that this practice helped me get back on my feet after a total knee replacement therapy.
