The park has been upgraded and stays full all year long. Direct TV, Internet, laundry and deck overlooking Lavaca Bay w managers on premise. Its a short walk to Walmart or to the Fishing Pier park with playgrounds and a nice beach and Bird watching boardwalk over the marsh on Lavaca Bay. Google the location its perfect.

worst place ever. the male mgr bothered my wife when i left for work. The mgrs throw you out after you pay your rent. they spy on you and talk trash about you to other renters. its drama city with the cops and fire dept, the electricity is below standards which it burns up your electrical stuff. the male mgr was saying sexual stuff to my wife when i was gone. i wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. the mgrs uses the people that live there for their advantage. the owner of this park needs to fire them!!!!
