Grass is only cut maybe once a month - people speed up and down the roads playing loud music - you get charged overages even if you haven't been home for a month to use any electricity - Mexican lady at the end keeps dogs tied up on chains outside at all times of the day/night barking and trying to bite anyone that comes by. All together really poorly maintained and no rules are inforced. One of the residents has a train horn on his truck and honks it at all times of the night. And sits in his diesel with it running till 3am lights on and everything. DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE
