Provided by YPmobileI had a slight sore throat around Christmas, which went away, then right before the new year I started with this very bad cough. On 1/4/15 I went here as it is the only urgent care I can go to with my new lovely insurance (of which I can't even see my new pcp until 2/1/15). Despite all the bad reviews I had to go. When I got there the quack dr looked in the eyes, ears and nose told me I don't have asthma (glad that's how they do asthma test these days), nor do I have bronchitis because he "doesn't hear anything in my chest" thigh in just told him I have been having a wet cough with fluid at night and during the day it was a bit dryer. He then said "well there is a strains of a cough going around, not sure if you have that though.... Let me look in your nose again". So now he tells me he will give me an antibiotic but he's not sure if it will help me, but do I "still want it anyways". I simply asked him for his PROFESSIONAL opinion if he thinks I should take it. He has te balls to say in an arrogant tone "we just went over that". I looked at the guy and said I'm not the dr so it doesn't matter what I want, it's if it will help me. I was told "no it will help you if your mind thinks it will help you". This is what I was told by this place which is also not board certified. I got an inhaler and rx cough meds from him and a few days later got that z pack anyways. It's now 1/17/15 and I'm way worse with more symptoms then just coughing. This is our health care system these days. I'm so irritated by this entire experience.

Provided by YPmobileI have been to this facility 3 times. First time was in and out so quickly that is was no wonder was misdiagnosed. Gave a second shot couple of months later- after waiting 2.5 hours and being told it would be another hour at least, demand refund and left. Third time was nearly a year later and not by choice, waited in waiting room for two hour then another hour and a half waiting to be seen. Staff was inept and spent more time playing on their cell phones than patient relation skills. Their are several urgent cares on Dunlawton avenue, go to any other one but this one!

Provided by YP.comI went there and was amazed by how nice the staff was. They are friendly and they actually talk to you and treat you like a person not just another number. I would recommend this place to all my friends.
