STeve seemed very nice on phone...HOWEVER. I hired him in March paid $465.00 to remove rats and seal house. I was given a one year warranty. Rats are back but not Steve. I called he said he would be there, he never showed up. He will not answer my phone calls. PLEADE PLEASE DO NOT HIRE!!!!!!!!

Hired Steve in February 2015 to remove rats in the attic and seal entry to the roof. He offered a one year warranty on all services. In October the rats returned but Steve has not. I left many messages in October and December. He will not answer and does not return my calls. Very disappointed in him. He charged us almost $1000. Beware before using - he'll set the traps and do some sealing but his guarantee appears to be worthless.

They did exactly what they said they would at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended to anyone with a pest problem.

Discount Wildlife Removal are awesome! We had a squirrel problem, and contacted 3 companies for them to take a look. Discount Wildlife were considerably less expensive than the other 2, and were the only company that accurately diagnosed our problem (the other 2 both said we had rats). They quickly removed all of the animals, sealed our home up, and did it without any fuss. The repairs all look great - in fact, you can hardly see them at all. I couldn't recommend another company more highly!

As the owner of this company, I would like to take a moment to respond to some of the negative reviews listed below on this site. Without any direct evidence, I can say with a high degree of certainty that one of my competitors wrote 2 of the 3 bad reviews listed below. How do I know? I used to work for them, and witnessed this type of practice constantly.



As for the other negative review by Rebeccasc90, I would like to offer the following.



This particular customer contracted my company to remove some rats from her attic. We successfully did this for her earlier in 2013. Approximately 4 weeks later she contacted me to state she was hearing noises again. After inspecting her home, no entry points were located, and it was our suspicion that the customer was leaving her garage door open at night - this was later confirmed when I personally drove by her home at 9pm one evening while working in the area. As you can well imagine, a garage door makes a very large entry point for an animal as small as a rat... Even still, we had set a number of rat traps - AT NO CHARGE TO THE CUSTOMER - even though this isn't a situation covered under the terms of our warranty, as we have no control over a customer leaving doors and windows open.



Appointments were made to allow us access to check these traps - twice our technicians arrived at her home, at the designated time, only to find no one there to meet us.



At this point, I personally talked to the customer and her sister and set an appointment to meet with her - once again, our appointment was broken.



After three attempts to check the traps, we considered the matter closed - and stopped servicing the account. I am not sure what she means when she says our work was of poor quality - obviously if this were the case she wouldn't want us working on the project in the future, a fact she later contradicts herself with in her review.



In short, I will readily admit that we stopped servicing this customer - but only after we made repeated attempts to resolve her problem (even though it was not a situation covered under her warranty) at no charge, but she did not have the decency to keep the appointments she made with us.



I would ask anyone using these reviews to do a little research into my company, and my competitors. We maintain an A rating with the BBB (even though we are not a member). We have nothing but positive reviews on Angie's List (a review site more objective, as you have to pay to become a member).



You will notice that there are not many positive reviews of our company either - this is something I intend to change, as I will now be soliciting my customers for their reviews - either positive or negative, through this site, and I think you will see that what we do speaks for itself.

Outstanding service, did everything they said they would at a much lower price than the competition. They were on time every time, they were extremely professional and delivered on their promises. I couldn't recommend this company enough!

We have a rat problem in our attic so we contacted Steve at DWR. He quoted us a good price so we decided to give it a go. He came out over the course of a month and set traps and supposedly sealed off all access points. Well, after the month the problem was a bad as ever. We called multiple times, Steve has refused to respond to any calls. When we called on a different number, he answered and hung up as soon as we identified ourselves. All we ever asked was that he come back out and look because clearly the problem was not solved. We finally contacted another company to give us an estimate and they are basically having to fix issues that he made worse or didn't address at all. Everything he did was shoddy at best. Perhaps if he had ever returned a call we could have resolved the issue. Do not use this company unless you want to pay twice because chances are you'll have to contact another company to fix his work.

Steve Walker with DWR was absolutely fantastic. We received three quotes for our squirrel infestation - his was by far the most reasonably priced (less than half the price of one of the estimates). He started work immediately, and was able to resolve our problem in the timeframe he originally gave us. He was meticulous, took great care of our home, and all of the animal proofing repairs were neat, clean and unobtrusive. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone with an animal problem!

Squirrels are easy to catch. We had a number of issues with this person, one being that the animal repellant spray = expensive snake oil. Do NOT use/pay for that. I would never recommend this company. Unprofessional and shoddy work, and we half questioned that the company even came by and "collected what they had trapped" when they said they did. Then expect to get yelled at if you complain. Ridiculous.

Did what he said he would! Highly recommended.
