It could be a very nice place, but it is beginning to look run down. Many of the people that work there are very nice. Unfortunately, we experienced outrageous over billing on everything from prescriptions that are not needed to the basic and personal service rate (more than 700) dollars a month for six months and counting. Even worse, it has taken what I consider to be an enormous amount of time and effort to get them to correct the errors. It rises to the level that I wonder if it is intentional. It does not seem possible that such flagrant errors can occur for months on end even after it is brought to their attention and they agree that errors have been made. The local people blame corporate and nothing is corrected on the monthly bills or overdue balaence notices. It created a tremendous hassle with long term care insurance delaying payments and causing confusion.



The carpet is old and nasty. The building has green mold looking stuff growing on the siding. I should have considered another alternative before getting stuck there after paying thousands in an unrefundable community fee that they only tell you about at the last minute. I feel even worse for the employees than I do for the residents and I feel very sorry for the residents who are incapable of dealing with these issues. If you think you might need to get them to deal with routine issues in an effective manner, you may want to consider other alternatives. I have spent what I consider an outrageous amount of time trying to straighten out issues with my father's billing along with other issues that should have been handled with one phone call. I am beyond dissappointed, frustrated and completely dissatisfied.
