Dr. Was excellent. Customer service was terrible. Two times the lab got my prescription wrong. After being offered a refund on the lenses on one pair of two, the rest changed her offer to no refund but a better lens. The better lens had never been offered to me in the first place. When I became upset, my next offer was to pick up my original glasses and receive a full refund. No more help from them. They wouldn't even give me my new script, which I believe is illegal. They made me feel as though I did something wrong when they did my script wrong at the lab twice. I'll never go back, along with four others I know, so far.

Dr.was excellent. Glasses acceptable, but lenses rattle in frames. This is annoying,but I may get used to it. I have never had rattling lenses before. Terry Lyons 6097030869.
