I have recently had a new pool with roof and screen enclosure. I am now dealing with 3 leaks under porch area. Have called the company many times over the past 2 weeks with no luck in having them come out to check it. I am now seeking other companies to get the leaks repaired, even though I am under warranty. My next step is to seek legal means to get problem solved. I had 2 college professors wanting a referral but this company is one that will not b referred. All I have been asking was a time frame of when someone would b out to check the problem but never got an answer.

Company put up a really nice solid roof enclosure, but it leaked from day 1! I tried to work with the company for the next year and a half to fix the leak, but it was never fixed! They stopped returning my calls, so now I am stuck paying someone else to have it fixed. They were the cheapest estimate and now I see why!

I live in Ponce Inlet and I have a large screened pool enclosure that needed several panels replaced. They did a good job and gave me a great price. The material used was top quality, they cleaned up afterwards and were careful not to damage anything during the work. What more can I say; I will use them next time and recommend that you do too.
