The place has ants!
3 weeks ago, was my 1st visit, the male tech cut me twice doing my pedi, & denied doing it, as he wiped away blood.
I thought, ok, give a 2nd chance, just go to a different tech. 9-24-16, I arrived @ 10am; I am told it would a short wait, please be patient.
3 techs were working, @ 12 noon another tech came in she did my pedi. She made mistakes & did her best to cover them. I was told twice, I would get a "good discount for waiting", even 'promised'.
I left after 1pm, sure not to return.
@ 4pm I feel MY TOES ARE STILL WET! I had a gel pedicure, why are my toes wet? I call, informed a female I would be back & I wanted a refund.
I return, the 3 techs present tried to convince me to let them fix my color. I was told there would be no refund, as they are not certified.
I had tech remove the color and vowed not to return. As tech removed the color he cut my cuticle scraping off the gel & thought it was ok to leave residue in the crevices of my toes.
