Dr Zwolinski and his Physicians Assistant Drew are very good and the medical treatment I received from them was excellent but the office staff are not supervised well and are poorly managed. I submitted paperwork for my disability insurance provider and FMLA leave paperwork from my employer and it was never given to the doctor or the PA to fill out for me and was not submitted to them in a timely manner. When I called several times to ask about it and left numerous messages none of my messages were acknoledeged and no one returned my calls.I was extremely ill and could not go to the office to speak to them in person or drive or get out of bed even.I lost my job and my insurance and was not well enough to work again.Now I am too sick to work and have no income due to the incompetence of the staff and the lack of supervision of them.The receptionist here is extremely rude and is very unprofessional in her treatment of patients. The staff spend more time gossiping among themselves about the patients than they do taking care of their responsibilities.If you need any kind of paperwork done by this office you need to hand it to the PA or doctor personally and if you need to communicate with any of them there it is best to go to the office in person to do it as trying to get through to anyone on the phone there or get a call returned is impossible.
