Most outstanding, caring quick service I've ever seen. My tenants couldn't believe how quickly Dave's guys came to our aid and got the air conditioner in within 2 days with very very hot weather 80 degree weather! Highly recommend them.

Since Nov 1,2015 as of today Nov 10, 2015, we have been unable to get this business to keep an appt to repair the airconditioner unit. Today the reason was a key the maintenance man had with him and was at the drs., was needed, but wasn't true. All they had to do was go to the office.

This is the worst company ever..... we called them out twice and they didn't know the problem just charged us for parts that weren't needed. When I finally had the power company come we found out the a.c. unit was sparking but they hire such smart people they couldn't figure that out. Basically just guessed without finding the problem. Once the problem was found and fixed properly I was promised a check refund of $40 half of what I paid them they never sent it. They don't care that my house could have caught fire they just care bout the money would never recommend them especially if u value your life and house. Don't even want to give them one star but I have to.

Polar Bear Heating & Air Conditioning did a great job. The guys made sure they cleaned up afterwards. They arrived 10 minutes prior to schedule start time. They were very efficient

From start to finish outstanding service and price the employes were down to earth good guys .I felt very comfortable having them in my home .I fell out of my chair when after the job was complete and the guys had left that the office called me to be sure I was happy with everything. This was without a doubt a very good experience from the first call to the completion of the work .
