First of all this business is under new owner ship you can dry your now clothes now if you don't wash them here no problem great father and son team now owns this business hose the previous owner is gone the new owners are warm and FRIENDLY and have upgraded the facility cable tv all washer and dryer work great you can drop off clothes they do a great job with that also I left my clothes in dryer and the owner watched for me just all around great place to wash your clothes God bless

My dryer broke also and I went in there to dry my laundry and he would not let me use the dryers. He claims he is loosing money, does he not understand he is loosing it anyway because there IS NOT ONE PERSON IN THEIR LAUNDROMAT. He was rude and I told him so and I told him I would make sure everyone in the community knows about his poor business behavior. Looking at the other reviews I can see I'm not the only one who has encountered this problem. Now my laundry room is down because of a remodel but I'll be dammed if I use this laundromat. Oh and he proceeded to inform his wife I assume in the back room what I said in another language and she laughed. She sounded like a cackling witch.

My dryer broke and I have 5 kids at home, its supposed to be down to freezing tonight and he wouldn't let me dry my clothes, kids have no clean pants for tomorrow at school, says he loses 19 cents per load. There was NO ONE in the building and he still wouldn't let me dry one load.

Owner will not let you use his dryers if you don't wash there. Even when my dryer breaks down. The place was empty. I had half a basket. Would not go there again, if he paid me. no star thumbs down. He needs to rethink his business practices. Fixed my dryer now I'm Happy Happy.
