Lloyd and his crew did an excellent roofing job for us, they provided courteous and professional service. We obtained several estimates and all of the others wanted to replace a 5-7 year old roof, but Lloyd said the roof was in good shape and did the job quickly. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again!

While looking for a house to purchase, we would ask contractors to give us an estimate. Lloyd from Roof-it would give us estimate within a day for us. The other roofers that we contacted never showed or gave us an estimate 3-4 days later. This type of dedication from Mr. Weimer also was shown by his workers who did an outstanding job on our house. We would and have highly recommended Roof-It to anyone.

I needed a roof inspection for my most recent insurance policy. I looked around on the internet and called a few places. Lloyd with Roof it Florida told me that he could come out in one day and look at it for me. He was professional and courteous. He was very honest and sincere. I needed two pieces called end caps that were never installed when I purchased the house. Lloyd had those pieces in his truck and installed them for me. He e-mailed me the estimate in a timely manner. When my roof needs to be replaced in 5 years, Lloyd and Roof it will be doing the job!!! Thanks for the great customer service.

I started my search for roofing contractors with nothing but unkept estimate appointments, and unprofessional so-called roofers. Then came Mr. Weimer from Roof-It with a top-notch sales presentation and reasonable pricing. He left behind a sales packet with all of the product information, samples, roofing options and pricing.



It was down to Roof-It and All Bert Faircloth Roofing. Faircloth's pricing was slightly cheaper so we were thinking about going with them. We set up an appointment to sign a contract. Mr. Faircloth showed up with a contract stuffed inside a dirty, wrinkled-up envelope saying "here". I invited him in, we sat at the dinner table and I asked for a presentation (since the previous estimate appointment was just one price on the back of a business card.). Mr. Faircloth looked like a deer caught in the headlights saying he did not know what else I wanted, that all of the information was in the contract. He also stated he was a "roofer" not a "salesman". Doesn't it take a salesman to make a sale? He never discussed with me what brand of products he would use, how long the job would take, roofing options, shingle colors, or upgrade and pricing options. I thanked him for his time and told him I had decided to go with another company. He asked whom and I said Roof-It. He continued to smirk and badmouth Roof-It and Mr. Weimer.



I contacted Mr. Weimer immediately regarding Mr. Faircloth's allegations. He politely and professionally told me he was disappointed in Mr. Faircloth's comments and had nothing negative to say about him. In fact, he said All Bert Faircloth's company had been around for a long time and they were known for solid, quality work. I hired Mr. Weimer on the spot.



3 and 1/2 short days after work began, the roof was completed in the color option we wanted and with the upgrade options that gave us extra peace of mind. Roof-It's workers showed up every morning at the appointed time and worked diligently throughout the days. They were friendly and courteous and at the end or the day, the place was left cleaner than it was before they got here.

I hired Roof-It to repair my damaged roof, after how professional and prompt Mr. Weimer was when I called for an estimate. When I scheduled my repair, he gave me a date and time that he would be here, and was at my house on time, to the minute! He took care to clean up all material when finished, even handpicking up all screws and scraps! This really meant a lot to me, as I have children that play in my yard. I would highly recommend Mr. Weimer and Roof It to anyone in need of roof repair!

I had a Saturday morning emergency- Lloyd was here by 9:00 am. He took a picture of what needed done and showed me that before continuing, He also found another small problem and fixed that too. He did the work fast and the cost was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him to others and will use him again if the need arises.

I hired Roof-it and Lloyd after getting several estimates..the estimate was reasonable. the work was completed in a timely manner despite the rainy weather, they built crickets to help the water flow off the roof so it wouldn't cause damage over time, and the work staff are friendly and effecient. Mike, one of the workers made sure that he knocked on the door in the am to let me know they were there and ready to start...I was provided with pictures of the work daily by email (alot of wood needed replacing) they cleaned up everything when they were done. My roof looks great..All in all, I am very happy about the job they did...I would certainly use this company again..
