I don't know about this place. Supposedly they are "trying to do better" but after my experience I looked them up in the BBB and don't see them listed! Don't get me wrong, there are some good people but the person trying to "fix the problems" was the problem as far as I can tell. Definitely need some customer service training. Unfortunately I am "stuck" now but would hesitate to recommend them after latest encounter! Just as I started to leave this page, I notice that all the good ratings listed have all been updated recently! Very strange!

I had a system installed by them in 2011. It was dead August 22 2015 and called for service. It's the 25th and have not been called. Total comfort came the same night and fixed. Will not use again or recommend.

THis company is a joke. Installed a new A/C unit.. 6 months later it started making a high pitched noise. Call them out.. Dude said the unit I had was designed to be on top of a building.. He rigged something up and the noise stopped. year later, A/C blowing out hot air again... called them up.. cost me 100 bucks to fix it.. six months later.. same thing.. Called again... I was at work.. 5 mins away from my house.. got a call saying they were out there..told them I was on my way.. get to the house.. dude putting in freon saying it was low... cost me 200 bucks...(mind you, he didn't even go inside to look at the unit) get home that same afternoon and house hot as hell... Call them back up... I see them pull up... Go open the door, go back in the kitchen and they arent getting out the truck... I'm like ok maybe they are waiting for something.. Then my phone rings.. I answer and it's them. saying they are at my house waiting for me.. I'm like.. I know, I'm looking at you(didn't bother to come to the door)! Come in, run upstairs a few times.. after 20 mins.. they tell me I have a bad part (10 year warranty). It had to be ordered and they will call when it gets here. Call about a week later and tell me it's going to cost me 250 bucks to install the free part!!! I'm like I'm not paying you one penny!!! Called another A/C service.. Was told dude put too much freon in my unit.. Unit was fixed and Now I've paid 200 dollars that caused a problem... STAY away from them! If you like, I have ALL service paper work showing they are total CLOWNS and the service paper from the people that fixed it. I haven't had any problems since. Total Air???? TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!

First the a/c was not installed correctly, metal hanging from ceiling, wires taped with electrical tape, garbage stuffed in eaves, thermostat wire in overflow tray. Stairs up to a/c covered in mud never cleaned up, garbage from a/c packaging left in yard and outside home in driveway. Technicians not wearing uniforms. Tech left beanie hat behind in attic. Insulation pieces left all over floor, trim paint stripped from doorway to room where aur handler installed. Used all our old ducting. We payed cash. Permit never closed after 33 days with county. When we calked to address issues owner never showed for meeting sent tech instead who agreed there were issues not up to code. 48 hours later the company still has not called to follow up and fix issues. When we spoke to owner Frank he was rude and told us to go ahead and call county. He didn't care. Unfortunate thus situation went this way. Check with the BBB.

We had a temp of 92 degrees in our home because our a/c broke and we called Total Air Systems. They promised a time frame between 2pm-4pm and were here!!! The price was not only GREAT ~ but the tech Richard C was a very friendly, through & a spot on tech that anyone could ask for.... I WOULD RECOMMEND not only this company but also this tech to anyone in need of a a/c unit....

Total Air installed my system in just 1 day, they were very knowledgeable on the questions I asked. I know theres a lot of companies out there and i would recommend this company to anyone who asked me for a good A/C company.

I recently had my A/C unit replaced by Total Air Systems, and we are more than happy with the end result. They recommended a Rheem, 15 seer energy efficient unit, that is as quiet as a mouse and turns on half as much as are older unit. The gentleman who sold us the unit, Ron, completed the job thoroughly and finished exactly when he said he would. He answered any questions we had every step of the way and even called us himself a week later to make sure we were happy with the finished product. I give Total Air Systems a 10 in customer service and satisfaction!
