I heard horror stories about this office. However, my husband & I both visited this office in the last week. Even though you have to get there early & wait in line, it was easy to get what I needed. Rep was nice & even getting inside was well done. There will always be a wait but plan to get there early.

I spent half an hour looking in phone books for the nearest social security office. I found it in YP in 3 minutes or less.
