This company is a fraud. I am reporting it to the FL district attorney office.

I requested $75 refund of my deposit for 1-week free car rental on 1/16/2009.

I have not received the refund as of today 4/13/2009.

I tried to call the company at 386-252-2332, as listed on the certificate,

but there is only a voice recording.

I have a feeling that the marketing companies giving away certificates from this company as free gifts

is a part of this conspiracy and should not be trusted.

Run, don't walk from this company!!! I was supposed to receive "1 free week of a rental car and 2 free" airline tickets for $175.00. I realize, that's not free but I was fine with it. I sent my forms and money well within their deadline. In fact, they sent me my postmarked envelope proving that they recieved my check on time. I was REJECTED because I "Breached my Contract" since I didn't send the money certified mail.

I sent in a deposit for a 2 night/3 day stay for Hard Rock Casino/Hotel, but was returned with a letter stating that I did not send in enough money and that my voucher is now null/void and that I would have to go back to the resort to retrieve a new one. It did not say on the form that 2 people had to go, just per person, nor did it mention anything concerning double occupancy. They wanted me to send in another $50.00 ($100.00 total). Since this is a refundable room deposit, what does it matter? Why couldn't I just send the extra money when I sent in my reserved dates/reservation request form? I called and left a message, but only got answering machines. No way to send email or no web address was given. I left a message, but never recieved a phone call back. I called again about a week later, this time hitting #6. I finally spoke w/a representative. She was not very friendly nor helpful. I was told by her that a voucher has never been returned for this reason and that everyone should know that rooms are based on double occupancy. I told her just to forget it that they were making this difficult so that people would just get aggraviated. I kept up with my end of the deal but they didn't. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ASSOCIATED WITH VIP TRAVEL RESERVATIONS- THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH WITH WHAT THEY PROMISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!BIG SCAM!!!!!!

I made the mistake of buying the Coast to Coast Travel package and I returned it and cancelled the policy the next day. They charged me $499 for "documentation costs". If I didn't return there book, they would have charged me another $350 for "booklet costs". Of course, they didn't tell me about these fees during the presentation, but it was written in the contract that they delay providing to you, so you are fatigued.



When I mailed in my certificate, so I could at least get my 2 nights at the casino, they sent me back a whole packet of activation forms for myself / friends for a two night stay. I just wanted the two nights promised and I thought that it was odd that they want you to send in more fees/activation forms, when they hadn't provided me with the initial two night stay as promised.



They wrote back that since I didn't send it in certified that my certificate was void, so in total, they have $528 and I have nothing.

I sent my deposit in of almost $200.00 to this place and after i realized that they purposefully make it impossible to redeem the offer you were promised, I asked for a refund! And needless to say it has been over 3 months since I initially requested it and it is still not here.... just got off the phone with a lady by then name of Jessica and she said that she was printing my file and taking it down to WHEREVER and telling them that I am overdue for a refund...

This company will keep your money. I have been trying for six months now for a refund and after a (manager) by the name of LIZ said it was expedited it was still not sent out. We will also be contacting our lawyer as my daughter just passed her barr exam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR ANY COMPANY ASSOCIATED WITH VIP TRAVEL OR WITH CERTS INC. They will RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
