I had a Loveseat on Hold. I call to tell them I was going to pick it up on July 6,2015 and I did give them 2 weeks notice. It's July 14,2015 and NO loveseat. I call them and I get We don't know what date it will be here.



update on the loveseat. big lots did fix it and now I have my new loveseat. I am so happy.

Susan, the Assistant Manager, and Ryan, in Furniture, know how to deliver the WORST POSSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I entered the store at 6:25 and returned to my car at 6:45, spending 5 minutes shopping as I knew exactly what I wanted. I was #3 in line (not counting the person being rung up), followed by 4 more people in line, and I waited over 10 minutes to see the line even move - while 3 people were at the register!! An associate ringing, a manager dealing with an issue, and the furniture guy. The manager and furniture guy looked up and checked out the line a minimum of 5 times and said NOTHING. After 5 minutes, I finally asked Ryan if there were any more cashiers available, stating that we were staring at 3 associates and there were 7 people in line (in case they didn't notice). He responded by ignoring me and turning his back to me. The Assistant Manager, right next to him, also ignored me. When I was rung up, by the Assistant Manger - who left the front desk to go to the back without saying a thing to anyone in line, even though she walked past everyone - not a word was said to me except goodbye. When I called later to explain my frustrating at being ignored and stating that a simple "We will be with you shortly, sorry for your wait" would have made a world of difference, I was just told that she didn't hear me talk and that she didn't need to apologize for the wait. Oh, and I was REFUSED a phone number for their district manager to make a complaint to her higher up. Corporate is next on my list, and I will REFUSE to go there again!!
