Sealco Asphalt Maintenance Inc introduced seal coating to the greater Kitsap county area in 1988. After owning an asphalt paving company for several years, Jerry Loudon saw the need for a company that would maintain the expensive asphalt that was already laid and vulnerable to deterioration from the elements. As owner-operator of business' in the asphalt industry, Jerry has valuable experience in site evaluation and maintenance processes. After many hours at home shows and years of advertising, seal coating in our area is now standard procedure for residential and commercial maintenance applications.
