I am very disappointed with the (non)service from Perfect Partys in Port Orchard! One month before my wedding I paid to rent 100 napkins from them. 9 days before the pick-up date I had to cancel the order and called to inform, as well as requested the refund. I was told that to receive 100% refund I should have called 10 days before the pick-up date and not 9 days (I would like to know what action was taken during that 1 day, to make the Perfect Partys keep 50% of my payment. I'm sure none.) So I asked how long it would take for the payment to be submitted, and I was told within 7-8 days. Well, today is exactly 2.5 months and we have not yet received the money!! My husband called several times, and in one of those times he was told that we had not even paid! I had to retrieve the transaction details and send to Perfect Partys for them to have as a reference for their accounting! I just called again today and I was told again that I cannot expect 100% payment, because of the company's regulation. Ok, but what about the regulation to refund the customer within 7-8 days? The staff I spoke to said that she will remind the owner again. Interesting!

I wish we had read these reviews before selecting Perfect Partys for our daughters wedding. When we first went to the store it felt like we were inconveniencing them but after pricing their supplies they were the cheapest. So, we set up the account for awnings, tables, chairs and table cloths with a delivery time of 3PM to 5PM the day before the wedding. We planned to have the rehearsal until 5PM, then receive the delivery and set up with the help of the wedding party, then attend the rehearsal dinner that had reservations at 7PM. It seemed like the perfect plan. At 5PM, we called them to find out what the status was and we were told that they had a truck break down and that they hadn't delivered their noon appointment yet. Obviously we were concerned that we would not get our delivery that evening at all. They assured us that it would be delivered and that we could call her any time as she had the store phone forwarded to her cell. After dinner, we called again so we could meet them, no answer. We called again at 9PM, no answer. Called again at 9:30, no answer and again at 10PM with no answer. We never received a return phone call from anyone to let us know where they were. We got a call from the owner of the property where the venue was at 10:45 to let us know that they had finally arrived and were only going to drop the supplies off without setting up anything. On Monday, after the wedding, we went to the store to discuss our frustration about not having any communication about the troubles on Friday. We were told that the owner was out so we left a message with her staff to have her call us and briefly explained why. After not hearing from her again, we sent an email message through their website contact explaining our dissatisfaction and wanted to discuss with her if there was any policy or past practice for compensating us for the poor service. Today is now 10 days after the wedding and we have still not had any return communication from PP. All we really wanted was an opportunity to discuss the problems and come to a satisfactory outcome but now that they have their money, they obviously don't want to talk about it. If your looking for a cheap price and poor service when things go wrong, this is the place to go. If you are looking for a more professional experience, I suggest going somewhere else.

Thank you for saving my friends wedding day!! With only 2 days left till the wedding day and the flowers were not even complete, but they came through in a mighty way. They supplied the flower arrangements, stands, trellis, and even came to the wedding to support my friend. This meant alot to her and it shows there still are great business owners in the community that care about there customers!! You guys truly are life savers and we can't thank you enough for the way you have blessed us!!! THANK YOU

I would like to thank Malissa(owner) and her entire crew for the wonderful service while planning my daughters' wedding. They went out of their way to ensure that every detail(down to helping with the best accent pieces) was taken care of, as well as, some details I had forgotten about. I have used this business for over 15 yrs and would recommend this company for any event. In fact, I'm having a dinner party next month and will definately use this business again then and when planning all my future parties.Thanks Again, Malissa....

Every time I've used this company and there service, I have been more than impressed! The staffs professionalism and help, combined with the excellent service and products really made my event perfect. When I first walked in the door the first time, I really didn't even know what I needed. Andrea and Malissa not only helped me determine what it was that I wanted, but everything else I forgot I needed.I would by far recommend them to anyone who is having a special occasion they are celebrating and want it to be, not only memorable but affordable too!

We went in over 2 months before my Daughters wedding and reserved a beautiful set of free standing candelabras for either side of the alter.We put down a 50 % deposit.Then we called on the Wednesday before our Friday pickup,we were told all was great. When we went in to pick them up on Friday we were told that they did not have the candleholdes,as they had gone out the pevious week and had not been returned. The girl working there did not seem to really care . She offered us some larger more expensive ones at a reduced price , but since the candles had been specially ordered in the amount needed for the original, the new larger ones would not work. Then we were told well we can have these smaller ones at a reduced price. Well lets just say if you are planning a wedding and you want something to be there when you go to pick it up, go somewhere else! And the other stuff we ordered even though they knew we were coming were not cleaned yet and we had to wait while they cleaned them!
